0ktt Terms & Conditions —
Your Complete User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement," "these Terms," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and 0ktt (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "0ktt," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 0ktt.cam, including all associated subdomains, applications, features, gaming content, and services offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a Player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and refrain from creating or maintaining an account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 0ktt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and the Company.

To register for and maintain a Player account at 0ktt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is set in accordance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced through the Company's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold Player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a current employee or contractor of 0ktt, its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or have been permanently excluded from the 0ktt platform by the Company.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 0ktt Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, the Company reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any balances therein without notice.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 0ktt reserves the right to require documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of any information provided.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and at any other time as determined by the Company at its sole discretion, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting copies of valid identification documents. Acceptable forms of identification issued by Philippine government authorities include:

• PhilSys National ID
• Philippine Passport
• SSS (Social Security System) Card
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Philippine Driver's License
• PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) ID
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

The Company may additionally request proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period requested by the Company may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify 0ktt support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. The Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

All financial transactions on the 0ktt Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Company does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may impose its own transfer charges, for which 0ktt bears no responsibility.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum amounts for bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may vary in accordance with those institutions' own transfer policies. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. The Company reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for any deposit that triggers AML thresholds or appears unusual in nature.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the account, unless the Player provides satisfactory documentation to support an alternative method. The Company reserves the right to process withdrawals in installments where the total requested amount is substantial. Withdrawal requests for accounts with pending KYC documentation will be held until verification is complete.

The Company operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. Any Player account exhibiting transaction patterns consistent with money laundering, structuring, or other financial crimes will be suspended immediately and reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines and other applicable regulatory bodies, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.

From time to time, 0ktt offers promotional bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentive programs to eligible Players (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual Promotion, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered Players only. Eligibility criteria may include account age, deposit history, player tier, or geographic restrictions.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each Promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the specified validity period. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Player's account balance.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time, and to void any bonus or winnings derived therefrom, if it determines that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploitation, or fraud.
• Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Players may only participate in one active welcome bonus at any given time.
• 0ktt reserves the right to limit Promotion participation to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

All games offered on the 0ktt Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios operating independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The Company does not operate its own game engines and is not responsible for the underlying RNG technology, which is subject to independent third-party testing and certification.

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. 0ktt does not accept requests to void, cancel, or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances specifically provided for in the individual game or sports betting rules, including but not limited to: technical errors during game play, game provider-declared round voids, or sports events declared void by the relevant governing body.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on the 0ktt server, the server record shall be deemed authoritative and final. Players acknowledge that game outcomes are determined by the game provider's systems and not by the 0ktt interface.

The Company reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of technical malfunction, game abuse, or irregular betting patterns — including unusually timed wagers in sports events that suggest the Player had prior knowledge of outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0ktt Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or outcome manipulation in live dealer or sports betting games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided by the Company.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account credentials.
• Charging back any credit card or reversing any payment made to the Company in bad faith.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Players or 0ktt staff.

0ktt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all Players. The Company acknowledges that gambling can pose a risk of addiction and financial harm for certain individuals, and takes active steps to mitigate these risks.

0ktt provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every registered Player's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on the amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen alerts that notify you of the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your 0ktt account. Permanent self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and is irrevocable for the stated exclusion period. Contact our live chat support team to activate.

0ktt will not knowingly permit any Player who has self-excluded to open a new account during the exclusion period. Players on the self-exclusion list will not receive marketing communications from the Company. All content on the 0ktt Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, user interface designs, data compilations, and proprietary tools (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of 0ktt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without the prior written consent of 0ktt.

The 0ktt name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 0ktt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling winnings due to technical errors, game provider malfunctions, or service interruptions beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Loss or corruption of data arising from circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, network failures, or cyberattacks.
• Decisions made by the Player in reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude 0ktt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 0ktt makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of information provided thereon.

0ktt collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 0ktt Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of customer support. 0ktt does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

0ktt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.

Account Closure by Player. You may close your account at any time by contacting 0ktt customer support via live chat. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to you following successful completion of KYC verification, provided no pending investigations or holds apply.

Account Termination by Company. 0ktt reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: material breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct; PAGCOR or other regulatory direction; or where the Company determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Company or other Players.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them or the subject matter hereof (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 0ktt, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting our customer support team via live chat. The support team will endeavor to resolve the matter within five (5) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within a reasonable period, the matter may be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and arbitral bodies of the Republic of the Philippines.
